When they were ready for prime-time, we got to work and opened our doors to you. We believed that Baltimore’s food scene needed an eatery where chicken and eggs were the stars. Farm fresh chickens that are always antibiotic-free and eggs that come from happy hens would be the cornerstone of Chicken or the Egg.
We offer chicken prepared in 4 ways: Fried, Spicy Fried, Rotisserie or Peruvian. We offer eggs prepared in any way imaginable.
